Hinata shoyo a 18 years old ghost who lives in a huge mansion where he and his parents live before his death but after he died his parents decided to leave the big mansion and sale it and went to abroad along with his ashes without knowing his soul can't leave the mansion and kageyama tobio who is still 13 years old occupied their mansion the kageyama's are the one who buy the mansion and it's also in Tokyo since kazuyo kageyama which is tobio's grandfather the richest man in Japan and tobio who's gifted that made him to see ghost and meet shoyo.

My second year of high school is the first true memories I actually remember. Apparently, I had been in a bus accident during my first year at my old school but I lost my memories because my brain was redamaged during the bus accident.
