Jordan has just returned from her second tour of duty and is welcomed home by her lovely fiancee, Nicole. Romance rekindles the moment the two women set eyes on each other; for a time, it's as if they never spent a minute apart, though it's been several years since they've had more than a video chat to hold them over. And the lovers take Jordan's break as an opportunity to start planning their fairy-tale wedding. However, it doesn't take but a few weeks for Jordan's experiences abroad to start hindering their efforts. Gradually, she becomes listless and quiet.
