For sixteen years, Mia has faced a lot of emotional trauma from her parents who wouldn't even care if she was run-over by a truck. Apart from the emotional abuse she faces from her parents, she also has to mourn the painful death of her beloved older brother who has always been her rock.
Mia's life changed a lot after her parents got arrested for selling illegal drugs. None of her relatives want her and she has been in and out of five different foster care because they always abuse her. When a family offers to foster Mia, she thought they will be like her other fosters. Little did Mia know that this family will make a great and amazing impact in her life.
