Red Velvet is captured by the nuns while he was alone in the forest. Pastry Cookie is doubting her beliefs after the incident at the tower. On top of that, both Red Velvet and Pastry seem to have developed some feelings for each other.
Odd chapters will be from Red Velvet's point of view and even chapters will be from Pastry's.
Random background cookies may be considered ocs but I really didn't put much thought into them
I wrote this because while I was writing my glorious chiffon x pastry fic I started actually shipping them :/

An AU where Espresso was raised with the Cookies Of Darkness. Since he was merely a child, Espresso's one and only desire was to prove his worth to Dark Enchantress, his mother. He and his siblings were taught to despise the Vanilla Kingdom and its inhabitants, sparking an endless war between the light and the dark. Madeleine is a paladin of the Divines, the Vanilla Kingdom's knight commander and savior, and almost immediately he is intrigued by the coffee mage on the opposing side.
