Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Legacy Of Darkness
(Warning: Spoilers for some of the mystery dungeon games)
What if one day you turned into a Pokémon and tasked with saving the world?
Meet Flare, your average sarcastic and cautious high-school student.
He certainly doesn't feel or look like the hero of this story, but there might be more than he let's on.
One day, Flare wakes up on a beach as a Cyndaquil, having no memory of his life prior to this. The last thing he remembered was disintegrating into golden dust and getting transported through a purple vortex
While he tries to find out why he was turned into a Pokémon, a Treecko named Florian befriends him. Florian invites Flare to start a rescue team with him, with no other options, Flare accepts, and together, they form a rescue team to help others in need.
They discover lost lands, uncover hidden treasures, and go on one-of-a-kind adventures. However, there are dark secrets to unravel, Flare has to keep his past as a human a secret, and on top of that, a group is out, looking for him. All Flare wants to do is get back home, but he might make some new friends and save the world along the way.
(This story contains elements from every Pokémon Mystery Dungeon game and is my first attempt at writing, so don't expect flawless work)

Characters are made using Gacha Life 2 because I suck at drawing
I also PURPOSELY made some parts in the story cringey because in the actual Pmd games, the characters act childish at times (I just wanted to make that clear)
