She pointed to a large hill on the left side of the path. "I guarded that hill, and she guarded that pasture over there ." She moved her point to a field, with many dried up and dead plants.
"Why is there so much dead vegetation?" I questioned.
"They're people's dreams," she muttered sadly, "and they died."

[COMPLETED] When she was just a child, Rikiya Chiyomi saw knights from the royal palace of Kyoko practicing sword fighting in a field and ever since then she had wanted to become a royal knight as well. Many of the town folk teased her about it and many of the boys in her town bullied her for it. Determined to prove that she could be a knight as well, she trained everyday just like the knights that she saw out in the field.
