In 2026, there was reports of missing people all across the state of Louisiana. One day, a phone call comes in saying that two bodies were found in her shed.

Manuel, the top crime scene investigator and detective, has to crack the case. But due to his horrible people skills, he has to partner up with the extroverted forensic science technician, Laura.

In 2028, a nervous mother calls about her possible missing child. 24 hours later, it was confirmed that her child is missing.
