Savannah was what most people would consider an unfortunate circumstance in the rock world. She was starting to claw her way to the top, but got screwed over by her ass of a manager and her asshole bandmates. She needed new work, and she was willing to take pretty much anything.

Thankfully, her good friend Rachel Bolan was willing to lend a hand. His band was starting to come up, and he gave her the job of fashion directer of the increasingly popular band Skid Row. It was a job that she probably would have turned her nose up at prior to losing her source of income, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

After showing up to her first day, she realized that maybe that job wouldn't be so bad after all. She would get to put together looks she thought were killer and help the band look like rockstars.

But, after a while, she began to notice tensions between the band and their lead singer, Sebastian Bach. She knew that the band was on the road to becoming even more popular than they already were, so she tried desperately to keep the band together despite frequent spats. It ended up getting to the point where it seemed like she was the only thing that was keeping the band from kicking Sebastian out, thereby splitting up the iconic rock group.

But, her romantic feelings for Sebastian could just end up complicating the process. After all, everyone knows that romantic feelings do nothing but fuck things up more than they already are. So, she needed to keep her feelings in check as well as her irate band.

But, the want to stop feeling for someone doesn't mean that that'll magically happen, does it? No, no matter what jobs or friendships the bullshit feelings have to wreck, they're always there to stay.

"That's not something you mess around with." I say to her and she just rolled her eyes. "It's not like he's going to fall for it anyway." She looked at her baby pink nails. "Then why do you-" "Because," She snapped looking away from her nails to me. "He needs to know how it feels to fall in love and then have your heart ripped out of your chest and just feel like you're dying inside." She clenched her fingers into a fist. "Plus you don't believe in love anyway so it should be a piece of cake to keep your end unattached." "Yeah whatever." Monica Roth wasn't exactly the new girl but she wasn't exactly popular either. Her best friend Destiny Hamilton was a cheerleader but wasn't exactly in on the it crowd. They both seemed to keep to each other until one day the head cheerleader Madison Valentine comes up to Monica asking her a favor. A favor to play a game with the school's newest hottie. Derek Reid. What makes Monica stand out from anyone else was the fact she's never been in love. She didn't believe in it, her parents never fell in love. She lives with her mom during the week and her father every now and then. It just something she's never witnessed so she didn't believe in it, to her it was just a myth. THISIS THE OLD, ORIGINAL VERSION OF THE STORY! I left it up because the new version has significant differences, and I know I always hate it when I liked the old version of a story better and it gets taken down, but I still highly recommend reading the new one. Without further ado... __________________________ "Confidence? I've struggled with confidence my entire life. In fact, to this day, I still struggle, so I fake it. Faking confidence is a lot easier than most believe. Stand up straight, hold your head high, roll your shoulders back, look others in the eye, and stop apologising. Soon, your confidence isn't fake anymore." *** Davy and Jamie Myers were sisters. Just like any other pair of siblings, they had their disagreements and fought every once in a while.
