Celeste is a witch girl who's recently received her powers, and after being discovered, her town goes after her. She acquires a new friend, runs away, and discovers family secrets, lost ghosts, and more.

Witches, covens, talking cats, all that other witch stuff, plus some identity crisis in between. And unnecessary ghosts.
