Separating is never Easy.

So, when Moroha finds out that her parents are separating from each other. Or her mother was in love with another man and so she was leaving her dad. And Inuyasha wasn't happy anymore and was in such a mood lately that it wasn't easy to be around him.

But one afternoon once Inuyasha couldn't take it anymore because of Kagome's unfaithful behaviors and cheating on him all the time, he finally ordered for a divorce from her, and she left him and left Moroha with him. Of course, their fighting over her wasn't helping any, so one night, while she was in the forest crying because of their fighting. A demon comes after her, causing everyone to become aware but then find her being chased.

Inuyasha went after his daughter the best he could until she fell into the river and was washed far away from home. And of course, Kagome and Inuyasha had to go and find her. But Moroha was found by Lawrence and Holo. The two of them were confused by the child, sure, but they took her in to protect her.

Moroha lied and said her parents were dead, So Holo felt pity for her even though she knew that she was lying since she could sense these things and when someone lies, and her being what she was, she felt the child would need protection as well.

And Lawrence felt he couldn't leave her. So, they brought her home with them. But they weren't having the best marriage either. Holo had a child with Lawrence too, but he was cheating on Holo with Nora in secret in the village over from them so there was that, Holo didn't know that yet, but she was to learn about it.

But as for Moroha, she just wasn't ready to admit anything to herself or accept that her mom and dad were getting a divorce, so she wasn't in a hurry to go home. But when they finally find her, they all find out the truth and that it wasn't gonna be pretty. But they also have to deal with the Wolf God Holo.
