Ophelia Claire was a siphoner. An abomination in the eyes of the French Quarter coven. So when she is chosen to become the next all-powerful witch, the coven decides to use her in a sacrifice, claiming that there must have been a mistake in the choosing. 
She is saved by Marcel and is raised by him. He changes her name and she gains a new identity - one that isn't recognised by the New Orleans witches. Someone to be feared. Alexandria Gerard. 
Years later he saves her sister, Davina, from the same fate that was to befall Alexandria. 
Two incredibly powerful sisters who are loyal to Marcel. Or are they? Who will Alex choose when she learns of the existence of the Mikaelson baby?
