At 17 years old I, Tyler Brooks had been to 5 foster homes
and not including the one that I was heading
to at the moment. All the homes that I had been to were all the same. They
filled were filled with a bunch of snooty people with club memberships that
cost more than the average home. They were all filled with a bunch of uptight
people that wanted to show off to their friends that they were “loving family”
that welcomed their home to anyone. Anyone, especially that one kid with crazy
colored hair, tattoos and gothic clothes. These were the type of people that
always wanted to adopt the, how had my case worker called it, “trouble youth”.
No doubt was this house was probably going to be the same.

This is the story about twin brothers Trevor and Travis, who live in a small town, and don't have many friends, but damn are they the perfect pair. They live alone in an apartment and are each 17 years old. While they are twin brothers and get along perfectly, they are very different. Trevor: he's very shy, and doesn't do well meeting new people, let alone attractive robots. While he doesn't do well with new people, he is always considerate of others, and tries to help as much as possible. It takes a lot to get him angry, and usually if he does, people think it's more adorable than scary. Travis: he's very outgoing and extroverted, and never gets nervous around people. He can meet a new person, and the situation is normally perfect. That being said, he's very protective of Trevor, and he can get angry very easily. If someone makes Trevor feel bad for only a second, Travis will start cussing and try threatening, even if Trevor accepts the apology of the one who made him feel bad. While they are likeable people when happy, they have never found love once in their lives, and even if they wanted to, they both know something will happen if they try. BUT they were both born with something special: multiple vocal cords, so many in fact, they can make any sound they want without even trying, and can even sound like an entire band is playing a song with just their mouths, which awakened their love for singing. They didn't have enough money to support him and themselves. But he was just a kid with a dead end minimum wage job. And eventually it wasn't enough. He got fired for showing up late on his fifteenth birthday. With no where else to turn, he went into prostitution. Selling the only thing he had left so he'd have a place to call home. He had hit rock bottom. But still he kept a positive attitude and fought through the negative thoughts and horrible events that clouded his young life. Today was Tyler's birthday and he was annoyed as much as he was surprised to hear his cell phone ring loudly at 12 am beside him on his nightstand.He briskly picked up to hear one of his old friends on the phone and more voices he recognized in the background. He was bombarded by voices all sending the same message: happy birthday, be ready by 6 because we're all coming over.
