Hydra wanted more and better soldiers. The Winter Soldier wasn't enough and when they lost him, it was even more important. They were looking for a woman who met all the criteria, and they found her in the Red Room. Hydra negotiated with the Red Room and formed a partnership. Hydra developed the child and both shaped it according to their agreement. That's how Invisible Girl was born, a girl who was raised to be a perfect soldier. But what does Bucky have to do with her? She has always been alone and finds no trust in people. Will he be able to change it, or will she never be able to trust him. Despite the same past... Hydra. (Y/N means your name)
