You're having such a lovely day when you suddenly get interrupted by the feeling of being watched you turn only to find an old, rather ugly looking lady staring you; you've seen her around the neighborhood at least once or twice, the sight of her frightens you significantly due to her unpleasant facial features, the old lady doesn't speak nor move but stares as if trying to give a message through eye contact? How strange. Later in the story, we get to know who this lady is and perhaps discover some new characters.
