Ever since Eva Sinclaire and Draco Malfoy were babies, their futures were mapped out for them. Their future was marriage, marriage to each other. It made this all the much easier as the two connected strongly as babies and grew up inseparable. Most of their childhood was spent at each others houses exploring the gardens and Draco taking Eva on broom rides. Their mothers were exceptionally happy at the two childrens quick bond and their fathers were extremely proud, that they were able to create such children for one another. It was a bond that would unite their families and build a strong future for their families. Once Eva and Draco turned eleven and got their acceptance letters from Hogwarts, they felt like all was right in their world and together they would take on this next phase of their lives. Hand in Hand they walked to get their first wands. Hand in hand they walked to get their robes fitted and their cauldrons. They wore the biggest smile on their faces and at the end Draco treated Eva to ice cream. Eleven was also the age were Draco began to notice Eva in more than a best friend way. He noticed how he loved seeing her smile because of a joke he told her, or how her face lit up everytime they saw each other. He noticed her beauty, the way her hair hung down past her shoulders and flowed in the wind. They way her eyes brightened when she smiled and how the freckles lining down her cheek formed a straight line. He began giving her more compliments, afraid of admitting he found her attractive. He decided he would wait for his time, and until then he would stand beside her, no matter what.

It's easy to think that the greatest battles are fought on the front lines, in dark alleys or behind closed doors. But for Hermione Granger, the most painful war was one she fought in the silence, on her own. Her marriage to Ron Weasley, once a symbol of hope belonging, had deteriorated into something unrecognisable. Behind the warmth of the Burrow, there were shadows-violent, destructive, and suffocating. But some battles, she would learn, were beyond her ability to win alone. When the chance to escape came, she took it. With nothing but her courage and a few belongings, she fled the life that had once promised so much, seeking solace in the place where her heart had always found peace: Hogwarts. But even within the walls of her beloved school, the scars of her past could not be erased. Not until she found herself working alongside an unexpected ally-Draco Malfoy. The boy who had once stood as her enemy, the one who had tormented her and her friends, now offered her a different kind of support. As time passed, the distance between them began to close, their shared history no longer a wall, but a foundation. They find something in each other they never expected to find again-safety, understanding, and love. But just as they begin to rebuild what had been lost, a shadow from Hermione's past returns to haunt her. Ron, desperate and enraged, comes to Hogwarts-his anger consuming him. He attacks Hermione with the same violence she had escaped from, and in that moment, Draco becomes her protector. This is their story-one of rediscovery, of healing, and of love rekindled against all odds. Together, they will rise from the ashes of their broken pasts and embrace the future both of them have always craved. ****Please note, this fic includes graphic descriptions of traumatic events including all aspects of physical abuse****

"There are moments in life that you dream about-plan for. You imagine every detail in crisp, vivid color and high-definition sound. And when that one perfect moment finally arrives, you pray the reality will come close to the fantasy you've built up in your mind. And then there are those precious few times-when the reality blows your fantasy out of the fucking water. That's what this is like for me. Because that devilishly handsome man, in the perfectly fitted Armani tuxedo, standing at the altar of St. Patrick's Cathedral-that's me. Draco Malfoy. And Hermione Granger just stepped into the church. Waiting in the back, a stunning vision in white, ready to take her first step down the aisle. To me." oOoOoOoOoOo For most of my life, I never imagined I'd get married. But Hermione Granger did the impossible: she changed me. I think we can all agree I was pretty frigging awesome before, but now I'm even better. The road to this day wasn't all rainbows and boners. There were mistakes and misunderstandings worthy of a Greek tragedy. But Hermione and I made it through with our inexhaustible lust, boundless admiration, and everlasting love for one another intact. That being said, there were some unexpected incidents in Vegas last weekend that could have been a problem. It was kind of...my final test. I know what you're thinking-what the hell did you do this time? Relax. Let's not judge, or call for my castration, until you've heard the whole story. And hold on tight, because you're in for a wild ride. Did you expect anything less?

In which they were complete opposites, but the war had fucked them both up and somehow they find comfort in each other. A Malfoy and a Weasley...what could possibly go wrong? Turns out, a lot of things --- As she stepped back, she simply watched as he lifted a hand to feel on the fresh hickey on the side of his neck. Unlike the other ones, this one would be very visible. Huffing in surprise, he glanced up at her "Full of surprises, aren't you?" Shrugging, she took another step back before turning around and continuing for the direction of the castle. Weasley was still behind her and she called over her shoulder "Keep that one visible, yes? Don't need girls like Susan Bones to get any ideas" "Jealous, little Malfoy?" his voice called after her "Don't call me that" she kept walking "Hold up- did you call me handsome?" As her back was turned to him, she allowed herself to show a tiny smile "As you said, carrot. I'm full of surprises" Later that day, when the sun had finally set and the silence had entered the castle, Leilani was alone in the common room. Her brother was out, god knows where, Theo was with whatever girl he was currently seeing and Pansy was occupied with Tracy Davis in their dorm. As she sat down on the sofa, she let herself sink into it, folding her legs under her. Closing her eyes, she let herself sigh and when she opened them again, Leilani completely froze. There on the dark coffee table were two objects, staring up at her. One she was expecting and one she wasn't. At all. A pink flower and an orange. Fuck.

Prequel to Telling them the truth - Reunions --- She looked down at her plate. She wasn't hungry at all. She didn't want to eat, but she had to. She had to be here for Melody. Melody needed her. Or she needed someone. Someone that could take care of her. She didn't eat at all. After the feast, Draco waited outside the Great Hall. She walked towards him. He noticed and began to speak before she could. "Hey, I'm sorry for all those years and so are my friends. We just didn't know any better then because we were raised that way." "Like I said, I already forgave you." She answers him. "Now, do you want to go to our common room and dorms?" "I would like that." He answers with a small smile. "You didn't look surprised when McGonagall said I was the head girl. How come? I wasn't on the train ride you couldn't have known." "McGonagall told me on the train. Because you weren't there and she thought it was necessary for me to know before the announcement in the Great Hall. And besides, who else could be head girl? You have the highest scores in every subject! I can't even beat you!" He answered desperately, but it was obvious that he was acting like it. "Come on. It's on the seventh floor. It is hidden behind a painting. It's near the Room of Requirement" she points out. "Wasn't that destroyed by Crabbe?" 'He can't know that it still exists. He'd find out about Melody...'She thought."Yeah, I meant, where it was." She say with doubt in her voice. He must have noticed because he looks at her with a raised eyebrow. "What, did I say something wrong? " Hermione asks him. "No, but you weren't sure. That's not like you at all." "War changed us all, that includes me" she sighs. --- Couples Theo X Astoria Blaise X Pansy Draco X Hermione
