Twisted metal fragments, shards of shattered asteroids, and remnants of long-forgotten space debris form a chaotic, floating graveyard. Amidst this desolate expanse, a lone grey sphere hurtles through the darkness, encased in a thick, crystalline layer of ice that refracts the distant starlight into a kaleidoscope of colors. As the sphere approaches a nearby sun, the intense heat begins to thaw its icy shell. The ice slowly melts, sending rivulets of water cascading down its smooth surface, revealing a tiny glass window. Through the window, the sphere's contents start to glow with an eerie, pulsating green light. A network of cracks splinters across the glass, spiderwebbing outward with an almost organic determination. With a sudden, violent burst, the glass shatters, and the sphere is bathed in radiant sunlight. The water inside the sphere, now free, evaporates in the heat, leaving behind a singular object. It is a severed finger, unnervingly pristine and white, with a black-painted nail that gleams ominously. The finger drifts away from the disintegrating sphere, its cells awakening and beginning to pulse with unnatural life. The cells multiply rapidly, a grotesque ballet of biological creation.
