Daphne Richmond is a princess in the Regency era. A woman with long brown hair and emerald green eyes. She lives a happy life, with brothers, her being the middle child. Her life comes crashing down, when her castle is envaded by old friends, from a nearby kingdom. Her parents and younger brother are murdered, and she and her older brother are heavily wounded. They both survive, and are tried and found guilty of murdering their brother and parents. Daphne and her brother, Zachary, are thrown in jail, awaiting execution. But, a war starts. The kingdom asks Daphne and her brother to help in the war, to lead their side.
