Water

This is a short monologue I imagine one of my characters will say in my book that will come out eventually (hopefully). It's Lou's description of water and drowning.
It would probably be at the beginning just before the villain was introduced.

The book will be about the four wielders of the creator's powers, Lou having the most powerful one. She is locked up in a science government facility where they study her but eventually they make a mistake and she escapes. She gets her revenge on her mother and escapes to the dark city where she meets one of the other wielders, June. Eventually, they find the other two, and James, the last warrior, explains how they got their powers and what they have to do to gain full power and control. So they head into the forest in which they discover secrets of the past and surprisingly form a friendship.

There is more stuff going on but guess you gotta read the book (when it comes out) to find out more.
