In a remote area of the US northwest, not easy accessible, there is a large mansion looking like a middleage castle. There live a religious congregation who believe in the purification of the body through laughter. To stimulate as much laughter as possible in their followers they use tickling, and to obtain the best results tight, secure bondage is used too.
