TommyInnit is a normal 16 year old. Apart from the fact that he's a vigilante. Not just any vigilante, the most wanted vigilante in the world.
When Dream encounters Tommy with a cold, he takes him in. Instead of helping him or turning him in to the police, (considering he's the top 1 hero) Dream forces Tommy to do whatever he says.
When the SBI notice something is up with dreams new 'assistant', they decide to investigate further.
Can they stop dream and save Tommy from his impending doom?

Tommy was known as the school's 'Bad Boy', the 'Troubled Kid', the 'Problem Child' and in extreme cases, the 'Psycho', all because he was different. No one understands him, until one day when he gets a Behavioural Tutor and a Therapist. He's had them before, but these people seem different. They're willing to listen to him, to learn about him, but in doing so, realise something is off about Tommy. Is he just a cool kid with an attitude, like Techno? Or is there a secret Tommy's tried so hard to hide. One that would explain his behaviour and frequent injuries. One that would make Tommy a victim and not a culprit. A City of Secrets and Masks
About 97% of people manifest a power on their 15th birthday. Most go about their lives, using their power when it can help them day to day. Superheroes and supervillains are common occurrences these days. Usually, each city has about two or three heroes, one big villain, and many minor villains. The city of Illosia has about ten heroes and an ever-increasing villain problem. Sounds like a wonderful place for two more rising stars to jump in, right? Whoop this is gonna be a massive undertaking as I try and tell the interloping stories of the Dream Team, Skeppy and BBH, Sleepy Bois Inc, and Tommy and Tubbo. All what Wilbur have wanted was a loving family unlike his current family, he was diagnosed from psychopathy and is still healing from it when he was then kidnapped by a group of "serial killers" that have been reported around the city killing and raiding houses. This story has a lot of action, angst, adoption and some wholesome arcs. Yes I know they dont go well with each other but I promise you will like it in the end, please. I have some really weird story plait huh? Tommy, better known as Theseus in the community, is a vigilante who's only goal is to help get rid of crime in his city. Tommy is known in the media for having flexibility and fast movements, similar to a raccoons. His makeshift suit has raccoon ears on the hood, a black mask that goes over his eyes to resemble a raccoon, and a fluffy tail. Sure, a tail is kind of stupid considering someone could grab in to keep him from running, but it adds to his brand. And he's fast, so it doesn't matter. His weapons? A knife, and discs. No, not actual discs. These discs are sort of like Chinese throwing stars, or whatever they're called. They deal damage, and that's what matters. The heroes; Blade, Angel of Death, and Ghost; are always seeking to catch Tommy and arrest him. Tommy is just trying to help the city. He doesn't know why the heroes want him arrested. When Tommy's landlord of the apartment complex he lives in finds out that Tommy isn't actually 18, and is really 15, he calls CPS and gets Tommy taken to a foster home. Tommy can't fight crime from a foster home without the new family finding out, or can he? But what happens when Tommy finds out that his new family is actually the heroes that seek to arrest him day after day?
