Michael Jackson was pronounced dead in Spring 1983, months after his best selling album Thriller was released. The tabloids had gone crazy about him after the release of his new album - rumours spread by the media, and believed by the stupid. Annie works in a music shop in California, and has been destroyed since the death of her idol. He was the reason she loves music, and now he's gone, she struggles to find the passion she once had for her music. But one day, a customer arrives at the shop who makes her rekindle her love for music, and almost makes her feel like Michael is still there, alive. Like him and her talent for music never really left at all...
