Darkness surrounded him in a thick clouded fog. There was no light, to guide him. He was blinded. Then he woke up. He could hear nothing expect for the sound of the ticking grandfather clock.

Before you read the summary, I want you to know that this isn't a story about paranormal beings falling in love, with each other or ordinary people.
