Juliet Kingston and her family move to California from New York for a fresh start and for her fathers new job Offer. She has never really had a easy life and she's not close with her parents because of something that happened a few years ago. Going into high school Juliet was never really into romance or love besides the one she read in her books. That is until she meets one of her fathers co workers son.
