Loving Lily

Lily and Seth were best friends as children. They used to do everything together, little miss bossy Lily used to order Seth around but he'd follow after her like a little lost puppy because he adored his best friend. He would have done anything for her and she would have done anything for him.

But tragedy struck when they were both ten years old. Lily's father was killed in a road accident and from this day onwards their friendship ended. Lily didn't speak to Seth and Seth didn't speak to Lily. They became strangers with nothing more than a distant memories of the friendship that they had held.

Lily grew to become distanced from the world - she was no longer the bright bubbly child she once was and was forced to grow up before her time. Seth, on the other hand, thrived as they both progressed into secondary school becoming popular whilst Lily became the outcast.

Various encounters between the once friends leads to an array of emotions from hatred and anger to sadness at the friendship they had lost. Will Lily and Seth ever be able to rekindle the friendship they once shared together or are they destined to forever be tormented with the question of 'what if?'?
