Itachi Uchiha the notorious clan killer, and bestfriend of Shisui Uchiha. Upon Shisui's death Itachi made him a promise that he would care for his sickly brother Y/n Uchiha. Who although his body was weak, his chakra reserves and genjustsu mastery could rival those with years of experience, take into account his skill with a blade he is fearsome opponent for a young sickly boy.

Itachi managed to spare him from the massacre of the Uchiha clan. Whether that was a good idea or not will be figured out.
