I walk into the courtyard cupping my hand, and holding a cigarette to my mouth when loud footsteps approach behind me.
Before I look back, a pale boney hand extends over my shoulder and takes my cigarette. Without looking back, I extend my middle finger up high enough that they can see it and dig down into my army green bag, looking for the familiar Marlboro box i'm used to
I turn around to find a thin, yet bulky, blonde haired boy, with dimples deep enough to pour a bottle of beer in. He extended his hand with the cigarette to me, and as I try to reach it, put's it to his mouth and inhales.
"Fuck off."
