Evelinie is a princess who loves her people. She has always wanted to join the army and to fight in the Great War, but her mother , the queen has other plans for her. She wants Evelinie to marry a rich prince who acts out of ego not of heart. And when the kingdom runs out of  piílar and she has to marry him she must decide between the kingdoms interests and hers.

Will she join the army and help win the war and possibly find true, real love? Or will she marry the Prince and get the money and resources at a greater price.

All this rests upon 17 year old Evelinie's shoulders.
