Lovers, Ravens, Golden Serpents~poems

I think that I'm
a poet.
And here I write
my thoughts
Swirled--
twisted--
Into something you might call
"poetry."
Incoherent half-ideas
pointless pretty rhymes
a thought stuck in my head
I had to share.
It does not always make sense
and sometimes I wish it didn't
tread lightly,
and I hope
that I don't disappoint.

(Yes, I do know that falls into the "lazy 'free verse' that's actually just normal writing with occasional use of the 'enter' key, but whatever. I hastily wrote it down because I didn't know what to write in the description.)
