Katsuki and Shoto, after being hit by a villain's Quirk, find themselves in a dimension completely foreign to them. In a tricky tunnel system, in which the 287th Hunter exam takes place, to be exact. They quickly realized that the physics worked differently than in their world, and all the people they met there were quirkless. But definitely not defenseless. Why did some of them have such a dangerous aura? And why did some have quirk-like abilities? The two UA students more or less joined forces to survive in this world and somehow find a way back home.

Katsuki Bakugou was almost completely deaf. He could barely hear his own explosions anymore, but that didn't stop him from trying to become a pro hero. He couldn't wait to prove everyone wrong when they said he couldn't be a hero because of his hearing loss. He manages to pass the UA entrance exams and gets accepted, along with his childhood friend, Midoriya. They're placed in class 1-A with the luck that the home room teacher actually knows asl. The transition from middle school to high school isn't the smoothest. Navigating through high school and the pro hero world is hard for someone with all five senses, let alone someone who couldn't hear. Katsuki stumbles... a lot. When Midoriya catches him staring at the duel haired boy in their class during training, he's quick to tease him for it. They sign quickly, Katsuki's movements for aggressive than normal. They gain the attention of Shoto Todoroki, who in turn, stares back. It was obvious that they were signing about him, but he had no clue what they were saying. Katsuki catches on to the staring and signs at him, even though he can't understand. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Katsuki turns to the taller boy, clearly in a pissed off mood. "Yes, I am signing about you."
