When a short 15 year old teenager choose to get summoned/sent to the Mushroom Kingdom, it is her mission to team up with the Mario Bros. and stop an evil sorceress from destroying their world. Maria only has a month to do so. But there is one problem, Maria has to find a way to reconcile Mario and Luigi without them finding out her mission. Will Mario and Luigi be brothers again? Will their world be saved in time? Is Maria truly "The Spark of Hope"?

It's a world where some teenagers who aren't even two decades old somehow mystically defeat the descendants of legendary heroes, ancient demons, powerful dragons, etc. Why does this happen?
