Natural childbirth can be challenging, painful, and extremely satisfying all at the same time. There's a lot to think about. Natural childbirth has caught the interest of a rising number of my patients. Natural delivery is defined as giving birth with the least amount of medical assistance, such as anesthetic and pain medication. The majority of women do not choose this path.
