More than 80% of Earth's population has a special ability called a quirk, because of this countless people have become heroes. But sometimes people just aren't cut out to be heroes. Some people go and become detectives and others become members of the mafia. But one thing is certain, no heroes become the top dogs in Yokohama, that's left for the Armed Detective Agency and Port Mafia.

We find ourselves in a world where 80% of the population develops a super power called quirks while the other 20% are born as without quirk calling them quirkless , in this society to stop people from abusing their powers and use them for evil, the career of hero was made, allowing them to use their quirks for the sake of others in order to protect them, Izuku Midoriya a quirkless boy, wanted to be a hero but because of not having a quirk, many people laughed at him and bullied him, until one day when his life gave a full 180 degree turn, the number one hero All Might, decided to choose him as his successor making Izuku the next wielder of One For All after proving his heroic heart rushing to save his bully from a villain despite not having a quirk, while Izuku cleaned the Takoba Municipal Beach Park to train his body to be able to inherit One Far All, Izuku found a weird crystal that would once again turn his life around more than it already was. In this world 20% of the world had superpower called quirks. It could range form reading in the dark to being able to withstand the weight of a building. But 20% of the world didn't have those kind of powers, they are normal and don't have any quirk to call their own. Not only do people have powers, but also they are mystic creatures called dragons living among them everyone. No they didn't have dragons beside them because they went into finding form the world. some people with quirks aim to become hero's. until Izuku midoriya came into this world befriend a dragon but not just one dragon but 3 dragons but with the help with Mei and Shinso they will change this world or will they get hurt trying to change this world?Complete
