Bailey just moved with her parents to the big city Los Angeles because her mom is an actress and she wanted to live closer to the studios she works. She's a girl that lives for one thing and one thing only: Music. Everything sucks, she doesn't have friends in her new school, nothing to do in the neighborhood, just that sucky teenager life..... until she meets her neighbor, a guitarist.
