Amaya Santos, a typical sister, perfect daughter and soon to be wife of Manuel Tyn II, was over the moon. Who wouldn't be? She was the envy of every lady and mother in the whole town. The wedding was scheduled to be the biggest one the town has ever witnessed. Amaya's family couldn't help but keep bragging to every one who cares to listen that their daughter was the selected bride by the King's family.
Their town, Seville, had been under the rule of the
Tyn family, right from the era of Manuel Tyn, and it has been a well known tradition that the heir to the throne was to select a bride from any of the noble families. Luckily for the Santos family, the bride was none other than their second daughter, Amaya.
