While promoting her newest album in Dublin, Katy Perry, a selfish and narcissistic pop star loses her team after a storm of paparazzi invade them. She eventually ends up in a small town at a bar called "Hal's" and meets Rory, the sarcastic and family orientated bartender who takes her in as she tries to find her team and return to America, but after time, will she want to?
