Balancing Life and Gaming can be hard, but when both matters start to press down on him heavily, he doesn't know which is which anymore. Killing in a game is expected. Killing in real life is a crime. Difficult? Yes. Impossible? Maybe. Is Oscar gonna do it? Nope, haha jk, Yes he is going to. He is going to win, as difficult as it gets, or that's what he hopes anyways. Too bad he gets an unexpected turn of events at the end of the School's finals...

BANG. Pain exploded through my leg, knocking me to the floor. "They shot me-my fucking leg!" I screamed, trying to breathe through the panic. My first day working at the museum turned into a nightmare when the Purple Dragons attacked. They found me hiding and shot me, and everything blurred-until a green mutant appeared out of nowhere, trying to save me and the stolen artifacts. I couldn't stand on my own, so he made a split-second decision to take me to his lair, hoping his brother Donnie could help. While recovering, I learned about Leo, his family, the Kraang, and the Foot Clan. I grew close to him-and terrified of his constant need to play hero. Every mission felt like another chance he wouldn't come back. But while I worried about him, something began happening to me: the voices, the visions, the emotions I didn't understand, especially when it came to that blue-masked turtle. Why do bad things happen to good people? A question that his boy is making himself more then ever this days. From the beginning we see a 17 year old boy, struggling to finish high School, filled up with insecurities, mental health issues, a toxic family home, and impossible standards to live up to. He has learn to not only hate his life, but to want finish it off as fast as possible. Close to finally graduating high school his English teacher, Mr Steve, assigns the class a special progect. "To be able to see life through different eyes, and write about it." For this, Mr Steve gets his class to assist a hospital 3 times a week, and assigns each student, with a patient. This is the moment where this boy meets Royal, a cancer sick 17 year old girl, that has lived in a hospital her hole life, but still finds beauty and meaning in it. Through out the report the boy gets more and more involved in Royal's life, spending unfortunately moments together. But through out the journey he asks himself more and more. A serial killer and a Hero. Playing a game of cat and mouse while wreaking havoc. Which will outsmart the other? What will be revealed as they get closer and learn more about each other? "Reality is whatever I want." "We'll see." This story uses Marvel's idea of infinity stones, but they're more prevalent. Everyone has at least one. I have an external link at the bottom of most of the chapters that leads to a Google Doc that explains the world. Please let me know if it works. Since Wattpad has an age of consent in their guidelines, I will have the explicit scenes on AO3 and not on here. If scenes like that make you uncomfortable, this will be the version without any of that. If you're curious, I don't use any of the more graphic words, this kind of thing makes me a bit uncomfortable so I wrote it in a way that didn't make me feel weird. Either way, you read whichever version you like. The Wattpad version will allude to some of those scenes however because some are quite important. I'll probably put an announcement or something at the start to let you know.

... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. As I transcribe it here, I have tried to update it a bit and give the characters/story more depth than what I had when I was younger. Hopefully it all gets pulled together!
