Tired of her regular days at Tokiwadai, Misaka Mikoto decide to go on a trip to america to the city of Stilwater, as she walk into Saints Row, she end up getting caught in a gang war between three gangs until she got saved by Julius and Troy, after hearing about the situation regarding the city and the gangs, she decide to join the 3rd Street Saints and take over the city.
