After reclaiming the throne of The Realm at the end of Season 2, Jaran has been working together with his brother Beren to shape The Realm into a friendly place for Gifted individuals, incorporating social improvements and reforms that aided in the integration of Gifted people, and designated a safe haven for those who didn't have anywhere else to go. 
Three years later, all is not well in The Realm.
