"50 grams of oatmeal is 34 calories. One egg is 70. Okay, yeah, I can do that." "Sal, what are you doing?" . . . Hey! This is a rewrite of a fic I wrote about 2 years ago. I'm mostly doing it to improve my skills and see where I've already improved. I invite you to read the original, but this will almost definitely be better. FOREWARNING: This story is about eating disorders, and contains themes surrounding depression, anxiety, alcoholism, and violence against people on the basis of being queer. There will be use of slurs by some characters. Know that I do not use them in this story with the intent to cause anybody harm, I only use them to give my story a sort of weight, and to draw at least some attention to these issues.
