This is a book about insights of someone who's struggling with mental illnesses of any kind. Please note that anything written in these stories is only for enlightenment/relatable purposes AND MAY TRIGGER SOME PEOPLE! READ CAUTIOUSLY!! Seriously please read with caution. 


I myself have been on a mental healing journey for many years and have had to go through many "battles" as people tend to call them. My goal is to share my thoughts and feelings of my past experiences with others to bring INSIGHT TO OTHERS!
