Far away from where you sit reading this, there is a beautiful land, called the Dragon Kingdom. In this kingdom, above the sky, there lived dragons of every shape and size. This story, however, is about one particular water dragon named Amaya. She was the color of a peaceful lake, and yet Amaya was not- and had never been- peaceful. Amaya always wondered what lay beyond her Kingdom and one day she convinces her friends to go on a crazy adventure to the outside world. Not only does she want to explore the world beyond, she wants to find her purpose in life. She wants to find out the truth about humans too! Were they as bad as her parents had told her? They always told her humans were selfish beasts, and to be careful, but were they actually bad? How will she if the brutal Griffin king, Attis is hunting her and her friends?? Will Amaya make it to the end with the brutal king after her? Will she find her purpose? Or will the villain win in this action-packed adventure? Read along as Amaya and her friends journey around the world and learn the true meaning of life with their adventures and friends!

Spinoff of 'The Fire In My Heart'. Asher has dealt with it all, loss, grief, adoption, and much more. Just like anybody else, he fell at first. For they formed a shell of ice around their heart. Would Asher be able to melt that ice, and become the fire in their heart? Run, if the creature's eyes lose their whites, run. This phrase has been in Amaya's life since day one. Her mother has said these words almost every time she has left her house for the fifteen years she has lived there. And though she doesn't realize it, these words are the most important things she has ever been taught. Amaya leads a relatively normal life. That is a normal life until she is kidnapped and brought to live in a magical world. A magical world where she is forced to kill or be killed. Then, when she finally thinks she is safe, a strange power is forced upon her. As she gets entangled in the schemes of the court, soon her fight to escape becomes a fight to stay. When Amaya finally finds someone to help her get through this, she gets taken away too. Will Amaya finally find the peace and happiness she longs for? Or will she fall victim to those who wish to see her gone?
