Cora Hansen has always had a lukewarm life. Everything starts to change when her family tries to come together. And when I say things get strange, they get very strange and indescribable. Cora soon meets Emmett Knightly a soldier a Union soldier to be exact, and her entire life becomes a whirlwind of chaos and confusion for both Cora and Emmett. When things start to be uncovered and secrets come out Cora and Emmett must figure out how to deal with this mystery that lies ahead and risk there lives in the process.
