Mona Vanderwal had always been underestimated by everyone until Allison was gone and she rose up in power. After all her times were gone with Allison and the power was forever hers, she developed a burden for all the other underestimated. She then made an army for those people so they can gain power and prove everyone wrong. No longer are they weak, worthless, freaks, nobodies. They are a proud part of Mona's Rising Army.
