I didn't ask to be put in the situation. I just was walking home from the movies and saw it happen. I didn't want to move I just wanted to simply forget it ever happened but life isn't all that fair.
Angel Stubbs was just a regular 19 year old she had just left high school a year ago and had started college when she saw someone get kill. The police told her it wasn't safe for her to be here anymore. She had to leave her home town Miami and move to NOLA for her own safety.
