This is what you might find when you get peek inside the head of someone who deals with obsessive compulsive disorder and social anxiety. I just thought I'd write a story to make people out there who suffer with either of these two disorders feel less alone. This is fictional work portraying real disorders through the story of a teenager who suffers with them. I hope you enjoy my totally not so awesome writing. Whoever you are, and whichever disorder you're dealing with, I hope that this story can make you feel less alone. And as a sidenote of encouragement, you're a pretty amazing person, stay strong. I know that disorders are a constant fight, but please do me a favor, and don't let them win.

Angela

COMPLETED- Angela has suffered from mental depression and disorientation ever since her mum died, she is constantly abandoned and nobody is ever there for her. But when a terrible accident happens causing Angela to permanently lose her sight, the only ones she had left walk away. Except for one, a boy, he is the one who doesn't care about Angela's blindness or depression, he is the one she trusts. Slowly but surely a relationship forms between the two, but the relationship leads to dark times and simply makes the crucial decision Angela has been trying to make for years since her mum's death, to live or to die, harder. THIS IS A FICTIONAL MENTAL HEALTH BASED STORY, ANY SIMILARITIES OR RESONANCES TOWARDS ACTUAL EVENTS ARE ENTIRELY COINCIDENTAL. THE MENTAL HEALTH IS NOT MEANT IN ANY WAY TO BELITTLE OR DISCRIMINATE PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM IT. IT IS MEANT TO GIVE YOU AN INSIGHT INTO WHAT IT IS LIKE TO HAVE MENTAL HEALTH.
