Twelve. That was their name, or at least the closest thing they would ever receive. With the escape of every single vessel in the battle of the abyss, the Pale King had developed a plan to eliminate the survivors. He created dozens of "hunters" meant only to track down and kill their fellow vessels. Twelve was one of them. A few years after Hallownest fell to the infection, Twelve was able to break free of the white palace. In a world they were never intended to see, they must find their way, and learn how to survive all over again. As if it weren't enough, most vessels were never truly hollow. Twelve was no different, and now grapples with the horrible misdeeds of their time as a hunter.

One thing is certain for them. They are not a hero. They may not be the villain anymore, but they are beyond redemption.

This continued until the little knight arrived and put an end to the "Light that Plagued their Dreams." But when the hero died something much more unexpected happened, a wyrm of void and god appeared in the Ancient Basin, with the knowledge of things that had happened before, claiming to be the Vessel the old king's followers pushed down the fountain. I just wanted to write this.... Technically this is finished. But I've left it marked "Ongoing" just in case I decide to add joke chapters to it.
