For young Sariah, all life has ever been is a challenge. Still reeling from recent events, she craves one thing- normalcy. She wants to find her dad. She wants to be accepted at school and in her community. But Sariah can't be normal- not with the growing issue of mutant rights.

When Robert Kelly is made senator, Sariah sets out with new student Nelson and fellow teacher Hank McCoy to make things right for mutants. But campaigning for mutant rights isn't her only problem. A major feud between her and Rogue threatens their relationship. Not only is she put to the test by an old enemy, but so are loyalties, and as hard as it is for Sariah, grudges must be forgotten.

But when the school's future is threatened and tragedy strikes, Sariah is ready to break, and give in to hopelessness. But she knows she needs to make a change, or mutants will be forever hunted.

Kerri was just a normal teenager with maybe a little worse than normal home life, and an ok but dull school life. That is, until she one day develops an interesting problem. She gains mutant powers, and her appearance starts changing randomly with her emotions. Now she has to try and keep those under a tighter lock than before, because mutant hysteria has hit her town, and she went from an unknown quiet bookworm to the topic on everybody's tongue. Then it really hits the fan at home and she has to leave before it gets worse. Luckily, Professor Charles Xavier finds her and saves her from the streets before something unthinkable can happen to her. Unfortunately it took him a year to find her and she's withdrawn from the world, and isn't used to socializing with humans anymore. And then there's Kurt, code name Nightcrawler. He's a mutant too, and has been treated differently his whole life because of the way he looks. The best day of his life was coming to the institute and getting the hologram that hides the way he really looks so he can finally look like everyone else. But when the newest student comes to the school, he finds himself judging her by looks too. Until she pushes him into showing her his true appearance and marks his life as the first person to ever tell him that he looks better without the hologram. Then, as promised, she shows him what she really looks like and he falls for her. Too bad there's only two trimesters left of his senior year before he graduates. Will Kurt be able to pull Kerri out of her shell before he graduates and has to find what to do next with his life? And what about the pressures of high school and the anti mutant society that are always there at the edge of their life?

Mutant Beyond Compare (A Charles Xavier Fan Fiction)

19 parts Complete

I sat back in the seat of Charles' car and closed my eyes as I listened into what Charles and Eric were saying. "What do you think of her?" Charles asked Eric. "I don't think we should trust her. She seems like she is hiding something from us. What about you?" Charles sighed, "I don't know either Eric. The thing is, I SHOULD be able to read her mind since she can control metal like you but..." "But what?" "I can't read her mind Eric. She has to be a telepath too." "That's impossible Charles..." Eric was cut off by a sharp piercing noise in his head, "Stop it Charles!" "It isn't me!" Nova Harrison is a powerful mutant beyond measure. She can fly, read minds, control metal, etc. But when two men claiming they have a school were she can learn how to master her powers, she would never say no. She makes friends with the other mutants while she learns how to cope with her mutation. When she looses control, Charles is there to help her. But what if that friendship turns into something more?
