Klaus has wanted an Omega mate since he first shifted and caught one's scent.  Once his mother cursed him however he could no longer smell them, even so, it didn't keep him from learning about them, or deciding that one day he would have his own Omega mate.

Moxie was an Omega werewolf who had no interest in finding an Alpha, and especially no interest in Tyler, the only one that seemed to not take 'no' for an answer.  She's obviously put off by the idea of Klaus Mikaelson chasing after her so she hides, Damon and Elijah helping her for a while.

What happens when Elijah changes his mind?  Why does he suddenly stop caring for Moxie's well being?  Or did he just care so much that he did what needed done?
