Inside out with a twist (Riley x fem! Reader) to be continued

(Riley is a lesbian in this story I know she isn't canonically but it's my au please respect it and this book follows the movie plot with a few of my ideas and edits) also the book is labelled as mature just in case.

Riley (elphaba- her middle name) Andersen is an 11 (almost 12) year old girl who lives in Minnesota with her mum Jillian Marie O'Riley-Andersen also known as "Jill" and her dad Bill Andersen until one day they move to San Francisco while in the car out of boredom she looks out the window before she starts imagining what her new house will look like she drives past a girl with (h/c) hair before riley could do or say anything else Joy and the others interrupt her thoughts and take over and start discussing what Riley's new house will look like.

During her time in San Francisco Riley experiences a lot of changes that she'll have to get through and maybe she'll get a little crush on a particular girl.
