The downfall of the United States of America led to theft, invasions, terrorist attacks and mass murders. Government officials worried about the safety and wellbeing of the country so they devised a plan to ensure safety and security. Thus the Tag was born. In later years the country became Elan. The Tag was made to be individualized, no two are the same. They are composed of different marks for different people. Bars and swirls cover some while triangles and horizontal and vertical lines or dots cover others. The Tag is the new generation of Safety, equality and Change.
Andromeda has to face the rising government and her shrinking freedom that she needs. All the while having to battle new feelings that come to the surface when ever she's around Dhiren.

{A/N: I borrowed childhood scenarios from my other short story "Dear Love" but this will have different stories. It may or maynot include Fai.
